2023 Retreats

I am very excited to offer three retreats this fall!

The format will be similar to past retreats with classes
Friday afternoon and evening, Saturday and Sunday.
Personal practice in the morning before breakfast, 3 hours before lunch, 2.5 – 3 hours after lunch. Saturday Evening will be a Restorative Practice,
and Sunday afternoon will be a complete Practice highlighting individual needs and concerns.

The schedule will include 3 hours of practice Friday, followed with sit down dinner. Then Saturday morning 3 Hours of Asana practice will start the day, it will be a calm session just before an appropriate lunch, then in the afternoon a 3 hour practice will follow.
We will all join for a delicious ayurvedic dinner.

Sunday morning an appropriate breakfast will be served before a Restorative Practice of 1.5 hours
and another 1.5 hours of regular asana before lunch.
Following lunch will be a question and answer session,
which will lead into the afternoon 3 hour practice.
